The seller ensures there were no issues at all with refurbished drone prior to shipping, once shipped it only took 1 day to receive. Comes in original box with paperwork and gimbal protected, both the drone and receiver look brand new. I got a chance to fly it today and it works perfectly. I did note that this has happened to other customers according to reviews. The drone arrived defective (not this company's fault) and had to be sent to DJI. This company did offer to exchange it, but I already started process with DJI, and they sent me a new drone. I would trust doing business with this company again.
