    CD was shipped quickly and incredibly well-packed. Some confusion over description as to whether it was "new" with factory wrapping just removed, or actually "like new." To me, it appears to be "like new"--the discs and inserts are spotless, although all inserts have yellowed with age. However, the numerous scratches on the outside of the case indicate that it was not actually new nor just removed from the wrapping. Still, price was great, communication was quick and friendly, and I'm happy.

    The book set arrived safely. It was heavily wrapped in bubble wrap with plenty of padding. All this was packed in a strong box. The books were in excellent condition and they look brand new, as described. Shipping was very fast. This was a great value and a great find for my collection. I highly recommend this seller.

    Ok…wow…perfecto…u know how to pack / ship delicate items….plus plus! Wish u could give a workshop…on how to pack delicate glass/ ceramic pieces…good price, awesome communication value described correctly ..would buy from this seller again…for sure!

    Excellent experience with this transaction. Seller's communication was immediate, courteous, and professional. Item was packaged and protected very carefully but was later roughly handled by shipper. Seller immediately worked with me to resolve that issue and I would not hesitate to do business with this seller again. Very satisfied.

    Excellent response from seller. Exactly as described, brand new. This was a fantastic price for a brand new panini/waffle/grill press, and is definitely worth the money spent. Exceptional packing, fast shipping and arrival. Thank you very much.
