  IGNORED 5 Messages BUT DID REFUND and provided POSTAGE PAID USPS RETURN LABEL VIA THE AUTOMATED "Wrong item sent" system ...(required a photo but provided return label immediately without time for anyone to view my photo)-, and provided a credit card refund immediately when USPS scanned the return---this is for a previous order. This particular order was trouble free except for a minor 1 cm blemish on a corner of the printed back of the otterbox cell phone case id bought. the 1st 2 were perfect.

  Would have been fast shipping if usps had not sent it to the wrong state to start with. No fault of the seller. Packaged well. My wife loves it. Thanks!

  Received initial communication from seller the item was lost in shipping. They offered to send another or provide a refund. I elected to have them send another item. However, shipping info was not udpated, nor did the seller resond to further inquiries over a week long period. I then sent insturctions to cancel the order. Still, no response. Very unfortunate.
