  The item was exactly as described. Very well packaged and received promptly. It was subsequently returned as I found the same item at a cheaper price.   Messaged seller to notify of not receiving item no issues at all. I have a process that I delete my delivered email when I recieve the item so I know where am with things. Refunded no problems. Great seller will buy again as its not sellers fault of missing items in postal service of the Uk

  Item arrived fine. Communication was very lacklustre. Graham certainly seems to know how to get models & sell them for high prices. Prices are very over the top especially for a corgi trailer for a start. Only reason i made a purchase is because the colour was what I was after. Expensive seller & best keeping away.
