  The item was received today, very fast shipping, the quality of the Packaging exceeded expectations. Item was correct from the description. The appearance of the item also matched the description. When I installed the NIC and powered on the system it was immediately evident that the fan has failed. I reached out to the seller who responded immediately and offered to replace or refund. I initiated a return from the recommendation of the seller.

  I haven't yet put this drive to work but it appears to be as advertised: a well used old drive that is still entirely functional, sold at a good price. It was also packed well and delivered in reasonable time.

  Great eBay seller, excellent communications, very accurate description, customer focused, professional foam packaging, and immediate shipment. The VM500 oscilloscope is in excellent used condition, it was well packed for the cross-country trip. The scope passes both its internal diagnostics and signal path compensation, this was a tremendously wonderful purchase.
