  Seller was extremely helpful throughout the process. They promptly answered every question. They were professional and helpful throughout. The item was well packaged, arrived in a timely fashion and was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. Overall it appears to be extremely good value for the price paid. I have not yet had the opportunity to use but did thoroughly inspected the unit.

  Packaging and Shipping were on point. The induction cooktop was placed into a wooden box, which was wood on the top, bottom and all sides. Then the box was attached to a wooden pallet. The shipping box had four holes drilled into the bottom and straps were run through the holes around the cooktop, which tightly held the cooktop to the bottom of the box. So no movement during shipping. Impressive. Seller was also easy to deal with. Will shop with them again.

  Item was as described. Package had a huge gash in it upon arrival (not the seller's fault). I was worried that the bag inside was torn, but all was well. Thanks.
