    Excellent seller. I appreciate that he left me a rating when my part of the bargain was completed (when I paid) and didn't hold my rating "hostage" until I gave him a positive rating. I won't leave a rating for a seller if the seller didn't leave me a fair rating FIRST. And this seller DID leave me a rating first.     As advertised. Came in a Starrett box. Not installed yet. It was delivered on a day when it was below freezing and sat in the mailbox 1/2 day and didn’t freeze and break to my relief.
