    The order arrived on time, and while I would have preferred a faster delivery option, the timeline was clear upfront. The item had some unexpected dents and scratches, and the serial number didn’t match the photos, but the seller handled the situation incredibly well.     Not seller’s fault, but FedEx banged up the item a bit. I contacted the seller and they were very quick and easy to deal with and help with my issue and providing me multiple options to fix my problem with the device. The item was well packaged and in great condition other than the damage from FedEx. I would definitely buy from this merchant again, item was a great value and high quality, and customer support was top notch.
