  This is the second computer I have bought from them, well packed double wall box with good quality air bag packing as usual, but even with that, the carrier somehow managed to break the front plastic grille. Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running. Highly recommend this seller and would happily do business with them again! A+++++

  Package arrived one day early (+). All items as advertised: Computer, plug in WiFi adapter, power cord, keyboard, and mouse. All items well packaged for safe shipping. All items like new off-the-shelf for very reasonable price. Was able to connect computer to in-home WiFi network, and existing e-mail account very quickly. First purchase from this buyer, but very pleased with results. Will likely be my go-to supplier for any future computer related items. Say good-bye to BestBuy.

  I am happy with the purchase, the computer is working great and received what was listed. Since it’s pre-owned there are signs of previous use but even so it was a great buy for the price. Customer service is awesome, had a few questions prior to receiving the computer and they responded in a timely manner. Thank you!!!

  WOW ! Item is described as posted, maybe a little bit better. Amazing packaging, not even a dent on the shipping box. and the packaging covering the laptop was great. I would buy from this seller again if I ever need another laptop. Shipping was slow. 7 days from Tyler TX. to Colorado, but that was on the FEDEX. Great transaction.

  This laptop was delivered in good condition securely and safely packaged. The item was more powerful than I needed for my personal usage so I returned it and bought a different one from this company. The company backs up their refund policy very well. I returned the item for a quick full refund with no questions asked. The even paid the return postage. I would deal with them again and I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used/refurbished computer.

  Their customer service is exceptional. They were very helpful and answered all my questions prior to placing my order. All of the products in their listings, seem to be very nice, of good quality, and priced fairly, much better tgan their competitors. The computer I ordered was in good condition, as described, packaged well, arrived fast, and functions properly. Should I need to purchase another computer, I would purchase from the seller again.
