  I used this trader as they advertised rapid delivery as the item was require very quickly, sadly the item failed to arrive so I contacted the trader who declined to answer my question but finally dispatched the very late item, when item arrived it was the wrong one, contacted trader an I am still waiting for a reply, avoid this trader as it appears they do not have what they claim and then send out anything.

  There was a slight error in the item sent (223mm instead of 203mm). But good customer service is not that mistakes don’t happen, but how they are dealt with. And I can say in this case the customer service was excellent. Rapid initial response to my message, and all sorted with the correct disc being sent out the following day. Will certainly be using this company in the future

  Excellent seller, have used before and will use again when needed. Excellent communication and very prompt despatch. Also, amongst other things, a good source for SKF fork seals, the best fork seals you can buy. Highly recommended.
