  Seller accidently sent wrong item. I contacted the seller as soon as I received the wrong item and the seller responded right away and offered me a refund if I sent the item back. I did send the wrong item back to the seller and was issued a full refund quickly. Excellent communication by seller and pleased the issue was taken care of quickly!

  I won’t say this was a bad experience but it surely was not good. The item description did not include that the left handed reeds were not included. The seller just expected us to know this. The seller then did not take the proper steps to get us refunded we had to have eBay step in and get us our refund. In all I paid for said item on the 5th it was shipped back on the 8th and it took to the 29th for eBay to step in and get us the refund and we waited another 2 days for the refund. Sad.
