Shipping was excessively slow though. Took 8 days to travel about 130 miles from another city in our state. Looks like they packed it up and/ or created the shipping label the day after we ordered it but it took several days to get to the post office. When we order parts from the same area they usually arrive within 2-4 days.

It was most likeky dropped during shipping. I contacted them and they requested picture proof of damage and quickly sent another one. It arrived today and is not broken. I wish all were as pleasurable to deal with. I highly recommend and will search them out in future
