  The item I ordered got lost in the mail, so it never arrived. However, the seller was most understanding and tried to be helpful. Their communication was excellent and I received a full refund. Though it was disappointing not to receive the item, it was no fault of the seller - therefore I will leave positive feedback.

  The hat arrived bent and not in good shape but communication was very good with seller and they refunded half of my money and we settled there.. Probably needs to pack better next time.. But thank you for working with me on this..
