  Item came exactly as described: one PS4 Dualshock 4 controller mid-frame. Shipped and delivered fast. Item was lightly packaged in a thin bubble mailer so could have been mailed with better care in my view, but it thankfully was not damaged upon arrival. I used this to repair one of my broken controllers, and worked perfectly. A+ seller

  The seller created the shipping label on 3/22/25 in Ohio. On 4/15/25 I requested a refund because there had been no tracking updates. Seller quickly responded with a refund. On 5/15/25 the package was scanned in Texas. On 5/17/25 it was scanned in Minnesota. On 5/19/25 tracking said it was delivered. Checked my mailbox and it wasn't there! At least the seller had given me a refund. But I wish I could have seen what the pkg/mailing address looked like after USPS had it for 59 days.

  Very happy as the quality and condition are extremely well. Perfect replacement and a nice offset to my purple controller. Delivered in a timely manner and fair value. Only thing is it could have been better protected during shipping. Luckily they arrived unscathed, but one wrong package getting set on top of these how they were shipped would undoubtedly cause them to break. All around great experience though!
