  The wrong item was shipped deemed as the brand when in reality it was a dupe. Not authentic and a waste of time and money

  Does not read emails and is impulsive to leave negative feedback. No everyone is a scammer. If she had just read the email, there would've been no reason to leave such a comment. I emailed her that I shipped the wrong item and was mailing her the correct one which she returned claiming she no longer wanted it anyway. She tried to overcharge me to return the item, but both times I paid for return shipping costs.
