  Fast delivery, well packaged, excellent communication. Unit arrive with the battery unable complete charging cycle. This caused the unit to not tune properly over the entire frequency range. The seller contacted his contacts for possible solutions that did not work. Offered $10 discount if I kept the unit. Requested that the seller to honor the 30day return with full purchase price refunded. There is not confirmation to date. I hope he will do the right thang as the the unit arrived defective.
