  Thought this looked ideal for my dog, especially as it was advertised for Heavy Chewers. Toy arrived, well packaged, checked it over before giving to dog. I'm very sad to say it didn't even last 5 mintues, made contact with seller, who was very helpful, offered a partial refund-which I accepted. Would still order from this seller as my other ordered items are super and their Customer Service was great!

  I received my order yesterday which was amazing as the expected delivery date was 22nd October I cannot yet comment on the quality of the product as I have not used it yet. If previous orders are anything to go by then it will be fine. The condition of the packaging was perfect. Also the value for money was superb. The appearance of the new packaging enhanced the overall look of the product.

  Arrived quickly and well packaged. The only negative is the seller won't post to the Highlands and l had to get it sent to my Edinburgh address and posted on. Wouldn't have minded covering anyy extra postage. We're in mainland Scotland - not the other side of Mars! Use another postal service or courier please
