    Oh my goodness, I love these puppets. I ordered 3: Super Grover, Friedel, & Trienchen. The quality is superb & they operate well! They are in excellent condition and are cuter than the picture. They are well worth the money!!! This seller is completely amazing! They went above and beyond, answered all questions quickly, & got me a puppet that was not listed. I’m in the US & shipping was fast. I bought many puppets from this seller throughout the years & will continue to do so! Thank you!

    I had a small problem because it didn't come complete. I intended a refund for the cost of the missing part, but they ultimately refused to go that route and refunded me in full. Great seller, 100% recommended!
