  This seller has really good communication and even though the item arrived with a flaw (gem stone in button broke off and missing ) . The seller made it right by offering a refund or partial refund . I chose partial as I could replace the button myself with a different button altogether. The price reflected the flaw so it was a fair offer . Shipping was fast . Honest reliable seller . Would buy from this seller again ! Thank you !

  Seller had to be prodded 5 days after sale to ship; they said they ship within 3 days. Seller did finally ship, but never replied to explain or apologize. Shipping was overpriced. Seller’s listing had 3 characters as the entire description. Pictures were fine. The item itself was sold is quite nice. It was sold at a good price (they probably made up on the deal through shipping), and the used item had no flaws, per the pictures.
