Because when you have a slight issue with what you receive, then it comes down to whether they do right by their customer and product and how they handle situations and they definitelydid.   VERY IMPORTANT PART!!! Came better than advertised. Was told it was not to be here until July 28… it showed up today (July 22nd). The value, condition, quality, and appearance are all summed up in the second sentence of this review. The packaging was also first rate for an electric component.

  Had a very good experience with this seller. Ordered seats and later found a different set that worked better for me. They were very helpful and prompt on their responses and really went above and beyond. Got the seats switched and they showed up in good shape and as described. Packaging and shipping were good.

  Like new part very satisfied with the appearance and overall,purchase will definitely buy more. Price was great saved me a significant cost. When ordered it stated an estimated date but after that time range came and went I contacted the seller who stated they take 7-10 business days to process so he aware of the actual timeframe when ordering. Was supposed to get by Aug 22, received Sept 5. No problem with the delay but would have been nice not to get the info then expect it.

  Needed a replacement cargo bin for a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ. The part they sent was much nicer than expected and lived up to the sellers offer.
