4 days after winning and paying for this item and messaging the seller about a tracking number to be supplied when it was shipped to me, the seller messaged me saying it was damaged. I said I was going to repaint it anyways. Seller then said it was broken in pieces.

Very sorry you are disappointed in our service. As soon as the damage was discovered we issued a full refund and an email explaining the problem with the order.
