Shipped the wrong part at first but as soon as I notified him, the correct part was shipped immediately! He was very apologetic but it wasn’t necessary. His communication was great and the issue was taken care of immediately. The quality of the product was awesome, (that’s why I usually choose OEM), the condition was new (as described), and this was the best value I could find on eBay. It also greatly approved the appearance of my Jeep GC!

When notified I had received a smaller version of the bulb I ordered, they refunded my original payment, verified they still had the bulb I ordered, and sent it out to me at no charge. If I ever have the opportunity to buy from this seller again, I will do so gladly. The product was a perfect brand new item, well packaged, and arrived in a timely manner.
