    Highly recommend this seller. Item arrived well packaged and was exactly what we wanted. Our grandson loved the puzzle but after he put it together it was missing two pieces. This happens sometimes when you order a used product. I contacted the seller and they were so friendly and helpful. The refund was posted in my PayPal the next day. Great vendor that works with his customers. I’m a person that appreciates a business that’s so good to his buyers. Excellent!

    I don't know what to say-it is a huge lamp and the seller gave me a good price, but by the time it got here the harp and socket were bent, so unable to use without repair...however, I believe that happened in the shipping as the box was mangled when it arrived. Thankfully, seller packaged it well and the only damage was the harp/socket. Even as it is, the lamp is a good buy and I thank you!

    The part was as described, and fitment was perfect. The part arrived when the vendor said it would. These are hard to find I was glad to get them. the cost was reasonable and was in the original packaging. I would use this vendor again for Tri Five parts.
