  The package was tracked as far as the Richmond USPS Sorting Center and then disappeared off the face of the earth. No fault of the seller, but the seller gave me a prompt refund with no questions asked. This is just outstanding! I have since ordered another set, and they are enroute already. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

  Seller cancelled order FALSELY claiming "problem with buyer's address" after they sent an email telling me it was out of stock and asking me to cancel order. They had successfully sent me an order earlier in the month to the same shipping address. If a seller is out of stock they need to own up to it and represent themselves honestly. Further deceptive verbiage - claiming product location in California when actually the company is in China - not exactly transparent business practice
