  Item not as described, it’s all in Chinese. Seller refuses to take back item and keeps trying to bribe me with $5~$9 just to keep it. I’ve been begging this guy just to give me a label to return the item to get a full refund but he won’t. I’m at the point eBay will have to step in. Buyer beware.
