  El artículo venía muy bien protegido, ha llegado en perfectas condiciones. Volveré a pedir a este vendedor sin duda. El vendedor ha contactado conmigo para informarme en todo momento del estado de mi pedido y así estar al corriente del proceso de transporte. He visto una gran variedad de plantas en la tienda, compraré de nuevo. Además me ha enviado un detalle para mí sin coste alguno.

  Plant arrived damaged, sent photos to seller, advised to wait 2 weeks, plant didn’t recover, refund issued without fuss. Bought from this seller before, last plant was great! Will use seller again despite issue (resolved) this time

  While the plant didn t arrive with the roots as advertised for several reasons, they seller did attempt to make the situation right & for that I am pleased. The seller seems to have several accounts on here and I did have an issue with at least one item on each order, but as they did with this order, they took the time to try to make things right. I m hopeful that they will take my private feedback onboard so they can create a great experience for everyone. I will buy from them again! Thanks!
