  Avoid seller caps are poor quality seller promised replacement nothing received now not answering messages and apparently he doesn't have time to check the items before sending, buy your caps else where I won't use or recommend this seller poor services

  Hi, we sell thousands of items every month and cannot inspect every angle of every item that we dispatch, this is not reasonable. It was an unfortunate issue with the factory producing them that we did not spot. A replacement was sent within 1 working day of being advised that there was an issue with your item so I can only apologise that this hasn’t arrived yet. I have issued a full refund as a gesture of good will. Please review our 20,000+ positive feedback to see we are a responsible seller.

  Placed my order for my son and waited but nothing arrived,After over a week contacted seller who said to wait which we have but nothing has arrived.Checked the listing and there's no tracking infomation so hard to say if item was posted or not so had to go though ebay for a refund which was sorted out straight away.If item does happen to turn up I will contact the seller again to pay for item.Royal mail have gone slow but to post without any tracking is a little silly.

  Hi, we post all orders within 1 working day and regularly receive feedback commending our fast delivery, so this is an exception. The case was opened on the last day of the estimated delivery, with us asking for a short extension before issuing any refunds, since Royal Mail can be slow. Unfortunately the case was escalated so we were unable to handle. Ref the tracking issue, tracked post is standard on items over £20, and an option on items below - an option that was not selected at checkout.
