  The carrier had damaged the item to the point the unit was totally unusable. The seller was notified in minutes of its arrival and upon his request pictures were sent. Without hesitation a fully refund was issued and he stated that he would handle things from his end and apologized for any inconveniences that it may have cause me. I saved this seller because this is the type of professionalism you don't see everyday. I will use him again so he can gain some his lost and because he is honest.

  item was received quickly. unfortunately it was not functional when we tried to operate the item. contacted the seller and a refund was given. Its unfortunate the device arrived nonfunctional but the seller was quick to respond with a refund. Look forward to working with this seller in the future. Good seller with quick response time. will use again. 4 stars only because item didnt function when we unboxed it.
