  Item arrived in good condition and in reasonable time. Item is as described, and all features are functional. This was a good value. I was concerned that the packaging (bubble wrap) wasn't sufficient, but there was no damage at all.

  Item arrived poorly packed, no padding. Item was defective, did not work, despite the fact the seller represented that it was tested. If it is true, it was due to his poor packaging. Seller was not responsive during the [delayed] shipping processed, nor when I had the issue. Ebay had to interfere to get the refund. I would never buy from this seller again.
