The "job lot" of power leads were very competitively priced & once I'd completed my payment for them, the parcel was promptly dispatched soon afterwards & hence it arrived well within the estimated timescale. Upon taking delivery, I found everything to be securely packaged up & that quite a few of the leads had clearly never been used, so I'm one very satisfied customer accordingly!

However, the seller responded very promptly to our photographic evidence of the damage, and refunded us. It would have been great to have the item undamaged, but I'm happy with how the seller acted in the circumstances.
