  Item arrived in good condition. It appeared to be sealed as shipped. Item was listed as new, but when it arrived it appeared it was an open box, and the filter was missing. I notified the vendor as soon as I discovered it. After some back and forth messaging the vendor did ship a filter.

  Bought 3 in new condition. 2 were new, 1 was disgusting and smelled like smoke (see picture). Clearly used. Contacted sellers and showed pictures. They offered to send me a new one, but never sent. Has been 2 months. Will not reply to messages.

  A problem with the seller shipping the item(s) and communication with the buyer not informing buyer of the tracking number and shipment notification. Buyer did get a refund of purchase price.
