    Gold color on coffee mug did not match the picture. Letters on mug was extremely small. I advised seller and sent picture at his request. Seller acknowledged The colors were not correct. Seller sent me a second mug that was identical to the first coffee mug. Apparently their is a problem someplace. However I must give the seller credit for attempting to make it right. I feel he attempted to correct the problem by sending the second mug. This is why I am giving him positive feedback.

    We also gave you a full refund, so both mugs were actually free and cost you nothing. Sometimes the coloring on each individuals display shows different based on screen type and settings. So that can contribute to any discrepancy. We sell a lot of these over on Etsy with no issues and constant 5 star reviews on them.
