    Item was exactly as described and works as it should, no problems at all. Delivered earlier than expected. However through no fault of theirs the package looked like it had been in a war zone, drpooed on the floor and trodden on, or became stuck in the sorting machine perhaps. Either way, no explanation for the appalling state of the package was offered by Royal Mail, very disappointing.
