  I ordered a set of side skirts from CT Carbon and unfortunately, due to an issue with delivery, the items never arrived. While this was disappointing at first, the way CT Carbon handled the situation was genuinely impressive. From the start, their team were transparent, professional, and incredibly accommodating. They kept me updated throughout, were quick to respond to my concerns, and never once made me feel like I was being ignored or passed around. In the end, they went above and beyond.

  Ordered a few products from CT carbon and was not disappointed, all products arrived undamaged and in a very timely manner, the packaging was really well done and they even assisted when installing the rear diffuser with my query. They have been professional and have offered amazing customer service. My experience as a whole has been amazing and I will definitely be looking at more products in the future!
