    Beautiful boots in pristine condition. Arrived sooner than expected. EXCELLENT customer service. I asked a question and a few minutes later, it was answered, which enabled me to buy the boots. Highly recommend sellers like these. Would give more stars if I could. Thank you so much!

    Quickly shipped. Packaging was nice. Item did not have much of a description. It was received wrinkled and faded. Not a great value and not worth sending back. Did not feel like this seller took much pride in this item. Would definitely attempt to communicate with seller on items listed.

    The item arrived as described, and shipping was on time. While the packaging could have used a bit more protective wrapping (perhaps some extra paper or a sturdier plastic bag), it did its job well enough. The item has some slight damage, but that was clearly shown in the listing photos, so no surprises there. With a bit of TLC, this coat will be as good as when it was first issued. Great value overall!
