  When I received the bag, the quality was not good. I started the process to return the bag. The seller will not provide a return shipping label. They stated please send back and we will reimburse you. Then they stated they will give partial refund to keep the bag. The communication has been very poor. Buyer beware if dealing with this customer.

  To be honest its a lot lighter in colour than the picture shows, also thought it would be softer material but all good I'll pass on to someone else.....apart from that postage was quick and updates from company good!
