  I was waiting patiently for 2 weeks for delivery but my duvets never arrived. May have been due to possible loss during transit? Tracking showed item still with courier. Seller gave me a full refund without question for the non delivery and the inconvenience caused. This seller has provided excellent customer service for a problem beyond their control which was resolved very quickly. Thank you very much for your help.

  Unfortunately received the wrong size bedding but customer service was excellent. Very quick replies to my messages and I was refunded immediately and hassle free. Very good ebay seller, I would definitely shop with them again.

  Excellent communication with the seller! I ordered ordered box stitched duvet but received line stitched instead. Seller sent replacement straight away but it was the same as the first. Seller did a prompt refund which I appreciated.

  This is the fourth patchwork bedding set that I've bought from this seller as they are beautiful and great quality. They look fantastic on my bed as well. They are also very affordable and my previous sets have lasted pretty well also. The seller dispatched my order pretty quickly and it was packed well. Thank you!
