  Good product, seller not so much. Rack came bent, and was almost impossible to install. It was badly packed, with one corner was poking out of the box. Seller sent item with DHL instead of UPS as advertised, so I had to pay extra service fee 30USD to DHL that was not a part of shipping cost. Also, seller declared value of package to be 109 Euros instead of 109 USD, so the customs procedure lasted weeks because I had to bring all sorts of evidence. Contacted seller, they were not interested much.

  As I told you on the messages we exchange, we are not responsible for import fees and they are not part of our shipping charge. As for the bend, I asked for photos in order to replace the part but you told me you could not provice such photos (Your reply was "I cannot provide a photo of the bend anymore, I installed the rack."). We can't send a replacement part without evidence of it being damaged.
