    Ordered a part for my in-laws oven and the delivery company delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the delivery company and the package was never found. Contacted the seller and they were amazing to work with. They resent the part and this time it was delivered into my hands so no lost package. Would highly recommend and would order from them again!

    Item is exactly what was needed & worked perfectly for repair. Fortunately received undamaged & in working condition. Only issue was really poor packaging, box was received damaged & open box. It was not taped at all, no inside protection or support. So heavy item was moving around in the box during shipment. Either than that, it was a smooth transaction. Item received in timely matter. Fair pricing. Even though transaction went well, extremely poor packaging makes me think twice about seller.
