  This ceramic tile was packed in just two envelopes with no other protection. It arrived broken into 3 pieces. Seller told me to dispose of the broken one then later said eBay wouldn't refund me without a return! He refused to refund by any other channel. So I was left high and dry. I finally thwarted the seller by sending him an envelope tracked through eBay so that they automatically refunded me! So in the end it cost me just return postage.

  Postage costs are quite high, so I always try to send items as a large letter where possible. I would have appreciated it if you had contacted me before opening a case, as I would of caurse have been happy to issue you a refund straight away. Thanks
