Item is just as described and very well packaged. Communication was also good. I do believe there should be more transparency about the Customs Fees on the item description - maybe a rough estimate based on region. The 20% tariff paid on the lens meant that this became substantially more costly than anticipated.

They went above & beyond when no other seller I messaged would & shipped next day with priority shipping for no extra cost. Other sellers wouldn’t even reply back I was willing to pay extra for shipping or straight up told me no. This seller replied immediately & did it without cost, great experience!

Everything else was as described by their rating system. There was great communication with the seller who promptly indicated they would accept the camera back since they were unaware of the issue. They sent me a return label, and refunded me as soon as the camera arrived to them.
