  Item new as described. Shipped fast! Only way I could have received ir sooner would be if it was shipped before I ordered it! All the box stores it was a week wait, minimum. Price was great. Found my go to place for router bits!

  Not the sellers fault but box of staples were placed inside a large paper bag. When it arrived the bag was secure but the box was busted and the staples broken into small sections. Ended up throwing away about 80 % of them too much trouble to load 20 pieces at a time

  there was a long delay with shipping but it was on the carriers part, not the seller.
