The seller quickly sent a returns document and replaced it with another after the faulty one arrived back at their premises. Quality of the replacement was better than the original, as well as having a nice appearance. As I'm not tech savvy, I ordered the wrong thing. They refunded me instantly. Gave me full information for the actual monitor etc needed, ordered Thursday, due to the delays of ordering the wrong one, I needed it for Sunday for my son's birthday. It arrived on Saturday morning. Packaged perfectly and working perfect, extremely happy! Recommend seller, we will be back again
