  My new HP Victus arrived Saturday morning as indicated by the seller. It arrived in the HP refurbished packaging just like the description said. Perfectly packaged and done very well! My HP Victus 15L is in pristine condition although I haven’t had time to set it up. To say I’m pleased is an understatement as I’m ecstatic with the seller’s professionalism, honesty, and quality products they sell! Thank you for being the best!!

  Everything was perfect with the seller. We had a great communication and the laptop was sent the next day after payment. The laptop arrive with double packaging: the original box form HP and another box from eBay international. The laptop looks like new with zero cosmetic damages, working perfectly and exactly as described. If you have the patience to wait for it to arrive in the EU (about 21 days), this is a great buy since you pay less than in Europe and get better product specifications.

  I ordered the above refurbished 'Certified' by Ebay laptop on July 3rd. It was scheduled for delivery on July 10th but I was pleased when it arrived early on July 7th. It was double boxed to protect it during shipping. The laptop was fully functional on its first power-on. I eventually noticed one of the internal components had a different specification compared to the sales advertisement. Colocomputer responded immediately to my query and the matter was resolved to my satisfaction.
