Very accommodating to me - the customer, answering all questions, working with me to set up the item to receive offer to purchase. Pillowcases were NEW as described in ad, good quality for money spent. Shipped to me in timely manner. I would recommend this seller. A+

    The items arrived as described and well packaged. The value could have been a better experience for the customer as I had requested combined shipping to reduce the overall cost, but while my order was combined, shipping costs were not reduced. Disappointed with that detail, but happy with the purchase.
