  Poor experience with this seller gave a date for posting my item 30th May when I complained item not arrived they changed the site to say posted 1st May this meaning item would arrive after the day it was required for they then offered 50% refund then 70% refund then 60% refund which I accepted but that was nearly 5 days ago I complained again today only to receive a message from them saying their records showed item had arrived and no mention of refund would never use this seller again BEWARE

  Received my sweater safely in the post. Slight delay... but correspondence from seller was brilliant and was kept fully aware. The colour is as described and a stunning soft knitted sweater. Well pleased. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ Thank you. Will happily order from here again.

  First negative feedback on a seller, just to warn other buyers, item was not as described with sizing way too small,ordered a size 13 years, looks like it's only fit for a 7 year old, reached out to seller who wasn't very sympathetic offering 50% off if I kept the item but that's pointless as it doesn't fit, generating return I should have ticked "Not As Described" but ticked "Doesn't Fit" so was responsible for return postage out of my refund, ebay weren't helpful despite Buyer's Protection Fee

  Order placed and I was advised despatched so expected to arrive Monday/Tuesday but I received an email Tuesday morning to say item damaged so would I like something different or a refund. Bit upset that it clearly wasn’t despatched when I was advised and we then had to buy from elsewhere quickly as was needed for Friday of the same week. Good comms and refund received promptly.
