  Item (scissor jack) was shipped in oversize box with no packing and poorly sealed resulting in loss of a part. Management very quickly addressed issue and resolved problem satisfactorily. Highly recommend this vendor... and feel confident Shipping and Receiving Dept. will receive guidance Monday AM.

  Seller wont respond to any prices other than the one they have listed it for. Don't bother offering a dollar less. Just buy for full price if you want it. I got the item that was listed. Shipped quickly after I bought it so they definitely saw the 2 other offers I sent and chose to ignore them.
