The seller reached out to me right after purchase and said item was not available, suggesting that I look at other items. That felt a bit scammy especially seeing that it has happened before. However seller did issue a quick refund.

That was an inventory application error and we instantly contacted customer and issued refund and apologies. It was our fault for not catching inventory availability  discrepancy and we take full responsibility for it. It happens to the best of us.
