  Good Laptop overall. Good deal. Packaging is tricky with laptops I have sent many of them and you really need to use a lot of bubble wrap around the entire item several times in order to properly protect it. This box was a Gatorade box that was damaged in shipping and as soon as I saw that I was shocked it was sent in such a small box with very minimal bubble wrap.

  Description incorrect. Ad said SSDs when computer contained HDDs. Vendor offered ridiculous 30$ partial. I was ready to accept refund for at least one SSD (60$) to somewhat match the description, but vendor rudely insisted on a return. Served them well: vendor ended up paying shipping twice (2 x 37$) and lost eBay fees (20$) on top. Moral of the story, never start a business if you cannot add 2 and 2 together. I lost two weeks on this. Blocked. Would never want to deal with that guy again.
