    Great leave-in conditioner at a good price too. Very happy with product! A+ seller, item was both properly and safely packaged. I want to add, item was delivered very quickly too. After inspection of item, I’d like to mention everything matched description on listing. Seller went above and beyond with great communication from beginning to end.     I was sent a different product that I purchased then what was in the description that what the seller posted! the bio silk was not properly sealed it was leaking I sent the seller messages and I was totally ignored! after ebay got involved the seller only wanted to give me back a little of the funds then what I paid for! WHOEVER DEALS WITH THIS SELLER BE AWARE!!! NEVER AGAIN I WAS RIPPED OFF!!! and sadly eBay allowed it hell am I sending the product back and have to pay for the shipping 🤬

    The shipping was awesome for the shampoo & conditioner. They were both sealed well and packaged well with bubble wrap. I immediately used the product last night I must say I was impressed with the results it made my hair feel soft; the price was the best on ebay. I would use this seller again as I would recommend.
